Cancellation Policy

GLAMORE STUDIO POLICY • Due to safety considerations, limited space and the comfort of others, children and/or extra guest are NOT permitted in the salon suite. • Be considerate and come with clean hair to your appointment. • If you need to take a lunch break, attend a meeting, or step away during your processing time, please ensure it will not delay or interfere with your appointment. Unfortunately, I am unable to pause or wait during scheduled services, as this may disrupt my next appointment and result in delays for other clients. • A payment method is required to make reservations. Your information is safely stored in our system and will not be charged unless policy is violated. • Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. • Extension deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • By booking an appointment, either online or directly, you are automatically confirming your appointment. It is your responsibility to cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe outlined in our cancellation policy. Failure to do so will result in any applicable fees or deposits being charged. • Arriving 15 minutes or later to an appointment will result in having a $20+ late fee applied or having to reschedule, which will be considered a LATE CANCELLATION. • Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hour notice is considered a LATE CANCELLATION and will result in 50% charge of your service and forfeit deposit. This fee is non-refundable. This fee will be applied automatically. • Cancelling or rescheduling the same day of appointment or NOT showing up on the day of your scheduled appointment is considered a NO SHOW and will result in a 100% charge and forfeit deposit. This fee is non-refundable. This fee will be applied automatically. • Robes are provided, dress accordingly to prevent your garments getting damaged as we are not responsible for any items. (EXAMPLE: Color: NO dresses, collar shirt, hoodies. Haircut: NO collar shirt, hoodies) • We have a friendly salon dog.
